Irina has a lovely all-levels teaching style with clear verbal cues and instruction. She combines yoga and meditation for an energising and restorative experience. The St. Philips Church Centre is a beautiful, spacious location for Irina’s classes. Highly recommended.

Irina is an excellent teacher. She creates a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. She explains all the moves clearly in advance, demonstrates them, and helps people improve their position. She always gives permission and reassurance about not doing anything that people might find too taxing or uncomfortable for them personally.
Irina is sensitive to the composition of her class and will vary the postures we do accordingly. Most unusually, there are many men attending her class regularly, which I think is excellent - often yoga seems to be treated as a female activity, and men exclude themselves.

Irina is a really inclusive and kind yoga teacher. As well as being knowledgeable and great at explaining and demonstrating the poses and the flows, she is great at making everyone feel welcome and at ease whatever their ability. Although Irina doesn't specialize in pregnancy yoga, she continued to welcome me and supported me in exploring new ways to adapt my practice. I recommend her!

Irina is a lovely teacher, kind, calm and peaceful. She offers an inclusive class which caters for all levels, experiences and needs and she always offers solutions for adaptations. I enjoy the fact that Irina’s classes create no pressure – she always ensures that no one is pushed further than they feel ready for and her sessions offer a variety of poses and flows, forming a calming environment which is sure to ensure that the student feels far better when they leave than they may have done when they arrived! Definitely recommended.
